Asset Management
We help long-term passive investors by placing capital in the appropriate real estate private funds based on risk/return profile and cash flow needs. A typical investment period is between 3-5 years. Our fund manager uses value-add strategies such as operation improvements and interior renovations to increase the value of the assets.
Development
We help short-term passive investors by placing capital in a development project in-form of loan or equity. A typical investment period is between 6 months to 2 years. Our fund managers increase the value of the assets through additions, complete rehabs, or new construction.
